What shipping methods do you offer?

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx and FedEx Smart Post

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box utilizing FedEx Smart Post Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time for orders shipped vary by your location but generally speaking, recipients in the 48 contiguous United States will receive orders in 2-7 days once the order ships (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & holidays). If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You may use this tracking information to track the status of your order at any time.

What do I do if my package was damaged in shipment?

We take every measure when preparing your order for shipment to ensure your products arrive safely. In the event your package is damaged by the carrier, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours of receipt of package.

It is important that you keep the box and all packaging material so that we can expedite the process with the carrier and ensure a speedy product replacement. Failure to keep packaging material and provide timely notification will only delay the process and may result in denial of damage claim by the freight carrier. Please be prompt – we are here to help!
