Need to Return a product?

To return a product, please contact our customer service department with the following information to authorize your return:

  1. Customer name
  2. Invoice number
  3. Item number(s)
  4. Reason for return

General Returns

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to seven business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Returns will be accepted within the guidelines listed and credited to your original form of payment (less shipping costs and any applicable restock charge).

All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition with labels still attached. Used and/or Laundered items can not be accepted for return. Items returned without their original packaging or damaged packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged in any way will NOT be eligible for refund.

I received the wrong item

If we ship you something other than what you ordered, we will gladly send you the correct item and issue a recall tag for the wrong item (at no cost to you). Please contact us via our concierge team for further instructions

My Item is Damaged

We take every measure when preparing your order for shipment to ensure your products arrive safely. In the event your package is damaged by the carrier, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of package).

It is important that you keep the box and all packaging material so that we can expedite the process with the carrier and ensure a speedy product replacement. Failure to keep packaging material and provide timely notification will only delay the process and may result in denial of damage claim by the carrier. Please be prompt – we are here to help.

All Return Items

Please inspect your items carefully when they arrive, and report any missing or damaged items to us within 48 hours. Missing/damaged items not reported within 48 hours of receipt are not eligible to be replaced.

You can expect a refund within 7 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages so we do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method and insurance for value of merchandise being returned as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
